VBLC members are invited to participate in a Mediation Skill Training Course which is scheduled to take place in one day on 1st or 2nd July, 2016 in Hanoi, Vietnam.
This training, organized in cooperation with Australian Dispute Resolution Centre – ADRC, will help delegates to gain an understanding of the mediation process and the basic skills for mediation. After finishing the training, delegates will be granted two certificates, one from ADRC and another from VBLC.
The training would be conducted by ADRC Chairman and Managing Director, Ms Delcy Lagones de Anglim and ADRC Director, Mr Tom Stodulka.
This course is of value to professionals and managers in organisations, lawyers and those wishing to introduce mediation to handle workplace conflict swiftly and cost effectively.
AGENDA:
The workshop would be held in one day and split into two sessions.
The first session from 8:30 am to 11:00 am which will focuse on Chapter I&II with the content of alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
The second session which is from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm with the training for Chapter II-the Mediator & Chapter IV-Practical training.
The training course will close with Q&A session that will allow participants to ask questions and will finish by 5:00 pm.
TIME & VENUE:
The course is scheduled to take place on 1st or 2nd July, 2016 in Hanoi. The detailed venue and agenda would be advised to you later.
COSTS:
The workshop is free of charge, including the participation fee and certificate fees for VBLC Individual Members or 02 representatives of each Corporate Member.
For the 3rd representative of a Corporate Member or more, the participation fee would be VND 150,000 per each.
The participation fee for Non-members would be VND 300,000 per each.
