Lillian is a senior partner at Tsar & Tsai Law Firm, Taiwan.
Lillian has practiced extensively on international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution for more than twenty-five years. She has assisted many well-known domestic and foreign corporate clients in resolution of disputes relating to trade and investment, construction and infrastructure projects, and cross-border transactions through arbitration and mediation. She has also represented clients on projects such as metro rapid transit system, the Taiwan high speed rail project, the airport MRT project, power plants and energy project, real estate, and hotel development projects in Taipei World Trade Center complex.
Lillian is a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. She is also a Director of Judicial Reform Foundation in Taiwan, a Director of ROC Arbitration Association, and an Executive Supervisor of Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association.
Lillian was an Executive Board Member and a Supervisor of Taipei Bar Association. She was also a Consultative Member of Committee for Examining Procurement Petitions, Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan, ROC.
