We are pleased to invite you to participate in a special meeting with Ms Miriam Garcia Ferrer, Head of Trade and Economic Section, Delegation of the European Union to Viet Nam (bio attached), and Mr. André von Walter, a Legal officer in the Directorate General for Trade of the European Commission. The meeting will be hosted by VBLC, starting from 09:30 am to 12:00 am on Friday 11th November at the Allens office, Hanoi branch. The event will bring together Ms Miriam Garcia Ferrer, Mr. André von Walter, representatives of Delegation of the European Union to Viet Nam and VBLC members to discuss on EU-VN FTA, particularly focus on Investor-state dispute resolution mechanism (ISDS).
The event is split into two parts:
After half of hour for registration, the first session will feature speeches by Ms Miriam Garcia Ferrer and Mr. André von Walter.
The second session will close with a Q&A session that will allow participants to ask questions about any of the above topics. The event is scheduled to finish at 12:00 am.
