VBLC members are invited to participate in a workshop name “FIDIC contracts on construction, development of infrastructure and public procurement” that would be held on 1st June, 2016 in HCMC, Vietnam.
This workshop, organized in cooperation with Rajah&Tann LCT Lawyers, will help delegates to gain an understanding of the FIDIC contracts. The participants will also have the opportunity to open discussions in order to clarify some of the practical issues. After finishing the workshop, delegates will be granted a certificate of participation from VBLC.
TIME & VENUE:
Time: 8:00 am – 12:00 am on 1st June, 2016.
Venue: Hall A – College of Management for Agricultural and Rural Development 2, No. 45 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
AGENDA:
The workshop would be split into two sessions:
The first session from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and will feature speeches by Partner Vu Dzung, YKVN LLC and representatives from Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers’s Vietnam and Singapore’s offices – Managing Partner Mr Chau Huy Quang, Head, Construction and Projects Mr. LipSan and Partner, Construction and Projects Mr. Chee Siong.
The second session will close with Q&A session that will allow participants to ask questions and will finish by 12:00 am.

COST:
The workshop is free of charge, including the participation fee and certificate fee for VBLC Individual Members or 02 representatives of each Corporate Member.
For the 3rd representative of a Corporate Member or more, the participation fee would be VND 150,000 per each.
The participation fee for Non-members would be VND 300,000 per each.
